Good afternoon. We are compelled to express our heartfelt gratitude for the overwhelming amount of blessings and donations we have received. We are deeply thankful that you have chosen our organization as the recipient of your generosity, and we appreciate your trust in our mission. With that being said, I would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing an unusually high volume of donations and pickup requests. Despite our best efforts with only one truck at the moment, we are working diligently to accommodate all requests as expeditiously as possible. In light of this, we kindly request that donors bringing items to our facility call ahead and proceed to the rear parking lot for unloading. Please note that the recent junk hunt, which involved participants from across the state, has also generated a substantial number of donations, for which we are truly grateful. However, this increased volume has put additional pressure on our staff, who are working tirelessly to process all donations and scheduled pickups. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter, and we kindly request that you continue to support us in our mission to serve the food-insecure in our community and the women and children affected by domestic violence and homelessness in the Keeping the Faith Women’s Shelter. Thank you for your unwavering support of our nonprofit organization. We had people calling weeks before the hunt ever started to get on the schedule; so, if you are able to bring your donations, we will be happy to unload them. Again, we ask that you be patient with us and continue to support us in such a big way.
