Hey all!!! We are still going strong! We would actually like to see if anyone would like to partner with us. We would like to start a second Pink Bag Project trailer and support an additional organization. We would love to see if anyone would be willing to take on the Shawnee and surrounding area branch! Today is Giving Tuesday!

Did you know that we run this project completely free! We will NEVER ask for money for helping others. We will NEVER see any monetary exchange for the cans we donate. They go straight to the Aluminum Cans for Burned Children program and the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Oklahoma City.

Some have asked how they can help if we will not take a monetary donation. Did you know we have an Amazon wish list?!?! We do, directed at products we use here for The Pink Bag Project. Our biggest need? Pink bags for sure! They are on the list. If you feel inspired to help The Pink Bag Project I've included the link below.

Regardless, we will keep going! We will keep helping families and children in need. Working to keep families together and supply needs for them. Thank you for considering donating to this project. 1.5 years in and still going strong! We couldn't do it without your help and can donations.

Without your support we couldn't continue to support families! I'm sorry my postings haven't been very frequent. I (Sarah) do 96hour shifts and my husband isn't big on social media. The kids stay busy though and love it!

Remember, if you want to help all you have to do is save your cans. We will give you pink bags to do so (or use your own), and we will pick them up! If you have a business or organization interested in collecting cans, let us know and we can get you set up with our business collection box!

We are so incredibly honored that as a family we can help donate our time, trailer, and more to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Oklahoma City. Patrick and Nevaeh helped pick up and take pop tabs to the recycling center. Can you believe this trip had over 1300lbs of nothing but POP TABS? Amazing doesn’t even begin to describe this each time.

We were honored today to pick up a large donation of cans! With these came almost 5 full gallons of pop tabs! We are incredibly thankful that people and businesses continue to support this cause!

Today's recycling haul!!! So incredibly blessed to support families and kids just by recycling cans! Oklahoma City Fire Department, keep up the amazing work with the Aluminum Cans for Burned Children program! You're inspiring a lot more people than you know! Honored to support this cause!

I'm so sorry the page has been quite. I promise things are still going strong! I will make a better effort to share what's been going on!!!

First off a continued and huge THANK YOU to all those that continue to support the Pink Bag Project.

2nd off, if you are a business or organization that would like to have a recycling container, please message us! We will provide them and pick the bags up when they get full. Feel free to message us or call 253-666-2259 to get set up.

Next, on July 15th we were able to take 10 gallons of Pop Tabs to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Oklahoma City Walk for Kids event!

We have a trailer full that will be taken to the recycling center tomorrow for more donations to the Oklahoma City Fire Department Aluminum Cans for Burned Children program.

It's been such an honor to continue to support families. We couldn't do this without your help and contributions.

One final push!! Saturday morning we walk for the 10th Annual Ronald McDonald House Charities of Oklahoma City Walk for Kids. We are still fundraising for the event. We have hit 14% of our goal.

I know times are difficult and monies are tight for so many. We appreciate those that support our kids and family in their events. It shows and does not go without thanks and so much appreciation.

Well our family has never had to use the services of the Ronald McDonald House Charities, we know families that have. We know families who have spent days and we know families that have spent months there. All without having to pay a penny to do so. Your donations allow families to stay together while their children are getting services and/or treatments they may need. We have 7 kids. There could be a time we may need their services. We are so blessed with the opportunities they provide to so many. We are so blessed and honored to donate our time, monies, energy, and more to this organization.

Even if you can not donate, a share would be appreciated. All donations are tax deductible.

Walk for Kids is a fun, family-friendly event that raises funds and awareness for families served by RMHC-OKC through teams of community walkers. This event is free, but registration is required.

Today, we were able to do something so special and cool!!! We were able to donate our time and use of The Pink Bag Project trailer to help the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Oklahoma City move their donated pop tabs to the recycling center!

I've never seen so many pop tabs in my life! How amazing! We were able to help them get 1200-1500lbs of pop tabs taken to the recycling center!!!

Remember we will always take donations of cans AND pop tabs to help support the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Oklahoma City and the Oklahoma City Fire Department Aluminum Cans for Burned Children program!

That's more funds to help the Aluminum Cans for Burned Children (ACBC) program founded by the Oklahoma City Fire Department!

Yesterday, The Pink Bag Project was out at the Shawnee Rock The Block event. We were honored to share our project with our community and surrounding communities.

Did you know, we have been in business for a full year!!! It's been absolutely life changing and so rewarding.

We are so honored to have the support of our community members, and we can not wait to see the impact we will continue to make as we grow!
