Chris Wilson ’16 has a bachelor’s degree in secondary education with emphasis in history and drama as well as a Lutheran Teacher Diploma from Concordia Nebraska. He teaches U.S. and world history, coordinates worship arts for chapel and teaches dual credit U.S. History at Rockford Lutheran in Illinois.

The course offers Christ‑centered learning that enriches participants’ lives and strengthens the communities in which they lead and serve. Dr. David Rindt serves as assistant professor of education and director of secondary education at Concordia University, Nebraska. In July, Rindt will also serve as an instructor for Concordia University, Nebraska’s new non-credit continuing education and lifelong learning program called Studia Vitae, teaching a course titled “The Mission and Legacy of Faithful and Flourishing Lutheran Education.” Studia Vitae offers Christ-centered continuing education opportunities in a variety of focused areas through an online scheduled and self-paced learning platform.

The event is intentionally designed for church workers, therapists, counselors, and other human services professionals to explore the heart of soul care rooted in the promise of Psalm 23:3: “He restores my soul.” Registration is now open.
