It is very important to us that the parents of the children we serve don’t simply receive help, but also learn practical and biblical ways to better care for and nurture their own families.

The parents of the children sponsored for education meet each month for parenting classes, where they enjoy learning together, participating in activities, and worshiping. We love seeing them grow in confidence and faith, even as they face so many limitations and challenges in their daily lives.

Please pray for these parents!! Pray that God would strengthen them, encourage them, and give them wisdom as they lead and care for their families. 🙏❤️

Once a month, the moms who help lead our nutrition program come together for training! 🤍

It is such a blessing to WELCOME them into Casa DBO and create a space where they can learn, grow, and be encouraged.

These incredible women faithfully serve our children each week, and we believe it is so important that they, too, are poured into, equipped, and reminded of the important role they play.

We are so grateful for each of them and the love they continually pour into our children! 💛

Our youth love gathering each week to grow in their faith, build friendships, and have fun together. As we get ready to kick off the second half of our soccer season, we’d love your prayers!

What a privilege it is to serve these precious children and families in Guatemala! ❤️🇬🇹

We were so blessed by the visit from Mica, Alexis, and Hallyn. Thank you for coming to serve alongside us and share the love of Jesus in such a meaningful way.

Thank you for visiting the village, spending time with our families, and being part of our nutrition program. Your kindness, encouragement, and willingness to love others made an impact that will last far beyond your time here!!

We are grateful for the seeds you helped plant in so many hearts. We trust that God will continue to water those seeds as we faithfully continue the work He has called us to.

We are so excited to kick off our Women’s Empowerment Program for the second year in partnership with Convoy of Hope! This year, 15 incredible moms whose children are part of our nutrition program have been selected to participate.

We are expectant for all that God will do in their lives over the next 13 weeks. These women will grow in their walk with the Lord while also learning practical skills to support their families, like building a successful small business, hygiene, self-esteem, budgeting, and so much more.

It’s such a gift to walk alongside them in this season.

Would you join us in praying for this program? Pray for growth, confidence, provision, and for each woman to encounter God in a deep and personal way.

We have prayed for opportunities like this and God is so faithful. 🤍
