📚🐍 Auggie, the hognose snake’s 1st day of school! 🐍📚

Ashburn's Animals Ambassador "Auggie" (also known as Lord Augustine) is excited to announce that Auggie the Hognose Snake is kicking off a month-long residency at the Selingrove Elementary School Library.

This exciting educational opportunity was made possible by the amazing librarian, Mrs Wright.

Students visiting the library over the coming weeks are encouraged to stop by Auggie' enclosure, ask questions, and follow along with educational activities throughout his stay.

🐹💕 UP FOR ADOPTION — GUINEA PIGS! 💕🐹

We have four adorable guinea pigs looking for their forever homes! All four were born on May 17, 2026 and are ready to find families of their own. 🏡❤️

🤎 Churro & Biscuit — Males
Churro (our little guy with the golden face 🥰) and Biscuit are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. These boys will need plenty of room to run, popcorn, and play! Their new home must provide a cage that is at least 28” x 56” or 2’ x 4’.

🍫 Brownie — Female
Sweet Brownie is looking for a home of her own! 🐹💗

🍪 Cookie — Female
And last but certainly not least, Cookie is also ready to find her forever family! 🐹💕

Guinea pigs may be small, but they require lots of love, proper care, fresh veggies, hay, and plenty of space to thrive. 🥬🌿

🎉 Happy Birthday, Rick! 🎉

We may not have a picture of Rick to post (apparently he’s better at avoiding the camera than our animals are 😂📸), but that definitely doesn’t make him any less important around here!

Rick is truly one of a kind. He’s an amazing cleaner who somehow manages to make our barn sparkle every week ✨🧹, and he’s always taking the initiative to notice a problem and fix it without ever being asked. Having someone that dependable is such a gift to the farm!

And of course, we can’t forget how much you love and spoil our guinea pigs! 🐹❤️

Rick, thank you for everything you do for Ashburn’s Animals. We appreciate you more than you know!

Today we’re celebrating one of our wonderful volunteers, Nora! She’s funny, kind, and always knows how to make everyone around her smile. ❤️

Nora is absolutely amazing with the animals, and you can tell by the way she cares for and treats each one just how much she truly loves them. 🐐🐴🐰 Her gentle heart and love for our animals never go unnoticed.
