Now that our spring and summer seasons have come to a close, we want to take a moment to recognize the amazing Joan Holden, who received our Lifetime Dedication Award this year. Since 2011, Joan has been a constant, dedicated presence in our league. She’s been there when you pick up your team photos, when you grab your sweatshirt order, or when you stop by the snack shack for a burger. And behind the scenes, she’s done even more— emptying dugout trash cans, organizing Opening Day, and handling countless details that keep the league running smoothly. Over the years, she has served in nearly every role on our Board of Directors, always stepping up wherever help was needed, often without recognition, and always with a commitment to the kids and families in this community. Her dedication, generosity, and tireless efforts have made a lasting impact on generations of players and families. It’s people like Joan who make this community special, so on behalf of everyone at Sebastopol Little League we want to say,
