Seattle Musicians Access to Sustainable Healthcare - SMASH

SMASH helps local musicians stay healthy by providing access to free and low-cost healthcare. The membership process is free and confidential.

SMASH helps local musicians stay healthy by providing access to free and low-cost medical, dental, and mental health services to working musicians plus provide support for navigating the complicated and frustrating healthcare system. WHAT SMASH OFFERS:
Primary care sessions with traditional and naturopathic providers
Hearing screening and protection
Comprehensive dental care at local partner clin

SMASH is here to support musicians’ health. Your contact information will never be sold for any reason. SMASH is not a health insurance provider, and if you have insurance you can still qualify for SMASH services. How it works:
Step 1: Fill out the SMASH Membership form. Step 2: You will be contacted within 2-3 business days by SMASH for onboarding where you’ll work with member services to identify where they can support your healthcare goals. Step 3: Access health and wellness services with the support of SMASH.

We had such a great time at Camp KEXP!⛺ We got to connect some of our musician members and and pass out much needed Road Case items to keep folks healthy this summer.

Musicians spend countless hours maintaining their instruments. Your bodies deserve the same attention and care, especially when you're on the road! Eating well (or even just a bit better) is one of the best ways to increase your body’s energy, focus, and overall well-being. 🥑

Steph Fairweather (Nutritionist & Founding SMASH Board Member) has spent plenty of time touring with budget-conscious musicians, and has shared some tips and tricks for eating healthy on the road! 🍗

SMASH supporters! In the heat of summer touring, quality sound-blocking earplugs are essential to getting some rest, relaxation, and "me-time" when it's needed most. A huge life-saver for mental and physical health — on AND off the road! 👂

This month, we're hoping to add 20 pairs of earplugs to The SMASH Road Case to hand out to our musician members. Head to the link in our bio to make your donation!

We also recommend all musicians have a pair of good quality, high-fidelity earplugs to wear while performing. Members can sign up for hearing screenings (+custom earplugs) at the link in our bio!

We’re feeling so grateful for our friends at District Dental Wellness and hygiene students at UW School of Dentistry for hosting a FREE Dental Clinic for SMASH Members. Because of their work 11 members were screened and cleaned this weekend!

SMASH Members received:

In partnership with hygiene students at UW School of Dentistry, our friends at are hosting a FREE “Screen & Clean” Dental Clinic for SMASH Members on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM in the U-District!

SMASH Members will receive:
