In the last few years, housing prices in Seattle have risen rapidly, making the dream of ownership appear unattainable. In the summer of 2023, HomeSight is building a 68-unit, residential housing co-operative called U-lex in Southeast Seattle’s Othello neighborhood (corner of MLK and Othello). Based on your income, you may be qualified for a unit. Its affordable, its modern, and we want Southend residents and displaced Southend residents to own a share of it. 💙 Apply to the Commercial Tenant Improvement Fund to receive up to $100,000 for tenant improvement projects!

The Seattle Office of Economic Development (OED) is investing $1.9 million to make commercial space improvements more affordable for small businesses impacted by COVID-19.

Details:
📅 Apply by September 8, 2022, at 5 p.m.
💵 The funding can be used for various projects such as renovation costs, installation of takeout windows, and building out a new location.
💻 Virtual information sessions will be available.
