⚾ GSLL Opening Day Parade Route ⚾

We’re excited to kick off Opening Day with our parade! Please review the route below so we can keep everything running safely and smoothly for our players and families.

➡️ Parade Route:

The parade will start at the back of the park near the pickleball courts, then proceed:
• Down the main park road
• Passing Field 2 and Field 3
• Continuing past the bathrooms
• Passing Field 1
• Taking a left turn before the playgrounds
• Entering behind Field 5

🕗 Parade begins at 8:30 AM

We’re excited to kick off Opening Day and can’t wait to see everyone out at the fields!

👉 Parking is available in all areas highlighted in yellow on the map. Please use these designated parking zones to help keep traffic flowing smoothly and safely for all families.

🚫 IMPORTANT:
Please DO NOT park along Lux Road. This area must remain clear for safety, emergency access, and traffic flow.

Let’s work together to make Opening Day safe, organized, and enjoyable for everyone!

Just a reminder that Spring Season Tryouts are happening TODAY at the park!
Please arrive early so players can get checked in and warmed up.

🔔 TRYOUT SCHEDULE
( Tee Ball does NOT try out )

⚾ Baseball
• P*e Wee – Field 2 at 12:00 PM
• Minors – Field 2 at 1:30 PM
• Majors – Field 5 at 12:00 PM
• Juniors – Field 5 at 1:30 PM

🥎 Softball
• Minors – Field 4 at 12:30 PM
• P*e Wee – Field 4 at 2:00 PM
• Majors & Juniors – February 10th at 6:00 PM (Field 4)

♻️ EQUIPMENT EXCHANGE & DONATION DAY
Have extra gear at home? Bring it with you to the park!

We will have a table set up for:
• Gloves
• Bats
• Helmets
• Cleats
• Pants
• Catcher gear
• Any baseball/softball equipment

Families are welcome to donate items or swap with others. This is a great way to help players who may need gear and keep equipment in use.

⚾️ Little League Equipment Exchange & Donation Day 🥎

Do you have baseball or softball equipment your player has outgrown?

Looking for gear for the upcoming season?

We’re hosting an Equipment Exchange & Donation Table at the ballpark on Tryout Day!

How it works:
• Bring any gently used equipment you’d like to donate or pass along
• Bats, gloves, helmets, cleats, pants, bags, catcher’s gear — all welcome
• Families can browse and pick up items they may need for the season
• Anything left will be added to our league equipment for players in need

This is a great way to help other players, save money, and make sure every kid is ready for Opening Day.
