The TTFCA Winter Clinic also gave us a chance to see Tom Hill the 2025 Coach Ed Community Service Award Winner. Tom is the owner of Wahoo Sports https://wahoo-sports.com/ and put on a FABULOUS Hall of Fame ceremony. Tom has a storied back ground as a successful coach and athletic director including some very impressive capital projects.

Congratulations to the 2026 Coach Ed Community Service Award Winner Don Garrett! This award is sponsored by M-F Athletics & Perform Better. Don has been a T&F announcer going on 47 years! He's announced at ~525 meets (16 collegiate nationals, 61 collegiate conference championships, 37 years at the same UIL regional meet). He is coming up on his 17th year at Texas Relays, 6th as the Head Announcer. His goal is to tell the STORY of athletes in the field. T&F is a sport full of many, many stories, and he is lucky enough to share them. Congrats Don!
