⭐⭐ Member Spotlight ⭐⭐

Meet Louise! When Louise first started coming to the Y a little over a year ago, she was nervous about exercising. She worried it might be too challenging or that she wouldn’t be able to keep up in classes. But after taking her first SilverSneakers class, she became a regular in our SilverSneakers Classic, Medical Fitness, and Zumba Gold classes!

Louise came to the Y with a goal of losing 25 pounds, and she’s absolutely crushed it! 💪 Starting at 170 pounds with a goal of 145, Louise has reached 141 pounds, losing an incredible 29 pounds and counting! 🎉 Even while navigating knee replacement recovery and joint issues in her hips and shoulders, she continues to show up, stay active and work toward her goals.

Beyond her progress, Louise loves attending classes, staying active and socializing with the new friends she’s made along the way. ❤️

Louise, we’re so proud of you and all you’ve accomplished! Your dedication is an inspiration, and we’re so glad the Y is part of your journey!
