Need a hand with FEMA's application process for assistance after August's storms? Here's your chance for in-person help!

FEMA Federal Emergency Management Agency and the Small Business Association will be at Merrillville Branch and Lake Station-New Chicago Branch October 8, 9, and 10 to answer questions, provide one-on-one help, and share other recovery resources.

October 8: 10 AM - 6 PM at Lake Station-New Chicago; 3 PM - 8 PM at Merrillville

October 9: 9 AM - 5 PM at Lake Station-New Chicago; 9 AM - 4:30 PM at Merrillville

There’s something deeply satisfying about reading a book before seeing it brought to life on screen. You get to picture the characters, picture how everything looks and sounds, and form very strong opinions about the characters before the internet inevitably starts debating (and ruining) it.
