Diagnosis: Down Syndrome
Our sister, in the picture on the right , is attending her follow up appointment. There have been noticeable improvement over all but, she has faced bullying in the community due to a lack of mental health awareness, which often leads people to look down on individuals with mental health disabilities. Unfortunately, she has been one of those who has experienced both bullying and differential treatment. To support her, she has been provided with a medical monitoring plan to manage her condition, along with counseling services. A follow-up appointment has been scheduled to monitor her progress. We appreciate your continued support.
