Friendly competition, novice play, raffles, cash prizes, and Rotary service all come together on July 12 at Rivers Casino in Schenectady.

Schenectady Rotary invites fellow Rotarians, friends, family members, and community supporters to join us for Co****le for a Cause 2026 on Sunday, July 12, 2026, at Rivers Casino in Schenectady.

This fun and energetic tournament brings together competitive players, casual players, and first-time participants in support of Schenectady Rotary’s educational service projects, including ongoing work that benefits local students and families.

Rotary clubs across the district are encouraged to come out, bring a team, and enjoy a little friendly competition. Whether your club has seasoned co****le players or members who simply want to have fun and support a great cause, there is a place for everyone.

While professional players will be competing, the event also includes a special novice division designed specifically for casual players. No experience is necessary, and bags will be provided.

Location: Rivers Casino, Schenectady
Doors Open: 9:00 AM Bags Fly: 10:00 AM
Player Fee: $25 per player for singles; $30 per player for doubles

The day will include raffles, cash prizes, friendly competition, and plenty of Rotary fellowship. Participants are encouraged to wear their Rotary gear, bring club spirit, and challenge members from other clubs to see who can claim district bragging rights.

Co****le for a Cause is more than a tournament. It is an opportunity for Rotarians to come together in service, fellowship, and fun while helping Schenectady Rotary continue meaningful educational service projects in the community.

All Rotary members are invited to play, cheer, volunteer, or simply stop by to support the event.

WEEKLY SPEAKER: May 14, 2026

Schenectady Rotary Club will host Jennifer Jennings of Urbanaskew
at a 12-noon meeting on Thursday, May 14 at Turf Tavern, Scotia.
Urbanaskew is consulting firm founded to help small nonprofits.

The agency allows nonprofits to focus on their mission through marketing support including assistance in researching appropriate grants and application support, helping them to be seen, supported, and sustainable for the long term. All are welcome. Buffet lunch is $18. Program only option is $5. Fees are collected at the door. Visitor and guests always welcome.

Positive, lasting change from the community up.
