Scarborough Community Thanksgiving was founded in 2016 in an effort to build community and offer a place for people to gather and share a holiday meal with friends and neighbors. This annual event provides traditional Thanksgiving dinners to anyone free of charge and is fully funded by donations from the community. Families, individuals, local businesses and nonprofit organizations, working togeth
er with our community partners, have made this dinner into a special tradition that has grown from 150 attendees in the first year, to one that served 1,200 meals in 2021.
