We offer a suite of beauty and wellness services to alleviate the mental and physical toll of the disease, while fostering a supportive community of caring professionals and peers.

We are so happy to celebrate Alaine from Karasmatic Day Spa as our September Volunteer of the Month at Mondays Cancer Care!

Alaine is a talented massage therapist and sound healer who brings such a calming, nurturing presence every charter day. With a special passion for energy work, she believes in supporting healing from the inside out—creating a space where our clients can relax, reconnect, and simply feel cared for.

Those who work alongside Alaine describe her as magical, comforting, and incredibly intuitive, and we couldn’t agree more. Her warmth, compassion, and beautiful healing energy make her such a natural fit for the Mondays mission.

We are in AWE of the kindness that the Suffolk County Association of Women Police (SCAWP) shared with us this week! 💜

They surprised us when they came into the office in uniform with a check for $2,000 that was raised through fundraising and donations to support our work!

Thank you so much to this beautiful organization that supports our community and does the most to protect all of us every day.

Join us for a community beach yoga class to benefit Mondays Cancer Care on September 6 at 6:30 pm 🌊🩵

This class is pay-as-you-wish to spread the Mondays Magic to our community and offer the movement and meditation that we offer to our patients to our neighbors as well! Pay via cash or Venmo; suggested donation is $35 per person.

Feel the sun on your skin and the ground under you as we flow with Kianna Jade Flow.

Kianna is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and ACE Certified Personal Trainer based on Long Island. Her teaching blends mindful movement, strength, breathwork, and flow to create classes that feel both grounding and empowering.

With experience teaching Vinyasa, heated yoga, Sculpt, Pilates-inspired movement, mobility, and restorative practices, Kianna loves creating welcoming classes that meet students exactly where they are. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, her practice holds space for every type of yogi.

Her goal is simple: to help you move, breathe, reconnect, and leave feeling a little more at home in your body.
