Community partnerships make a difference! Yesterday, our Executive Director had the pleasure of meeting with the Viera Women's Club; a chapter of the General Federation of Women's Clubs - Florida. The GFWC is an organization that shares our commitment to supporting those who serve our community and we are excited and honored to become one of the Brevard County organizations supported by this wonderful group of women!
Through their Fired Up for Firefighters initiative, the club raises funds to provide scholarships and equipments for firefighter cadets at the Florida State Fire College.
Together, we are making sure our firefighters know that they are never alone, and that there are organizations, community partners, and people who care about their well-being and stand behind them.
Thank you to the Viera Women's Club and to the Florida GFWC for helping us to reduce the stigma, raise awareness, and save lives.
Together, we make a difference.
Together, we save lives.
