🌲✨ CAMP CONFIDENCE ADVENTURES! ✨🌲
Everyone had the absolute best time at Confidence Learning Center for our annual August day of fun! From ziplining, archery, and visiting the animal sanctuary to boat rides, tie-dye, and sno cones at the beach, it was truly a spectacular day of adventure, connection, and pure joy. 🏹🛶🍧

A massive thank you to our incredible staff! Your dedication, energy, and care made sure everyone stayed safe, included, and smiling from start to finish. We couldn't do this without you! 🤝❤️

We love this yearly tradition and the wonderful memories we make together. Thank you to everyone at Camp Confidence for hosting another unforgettable day! 💙

☀️ Nothing beats summer baseball! Our crew had the best time catching a St. Cloud Rox game! ⚾️

There is nothing quite like a summer evening at Joe Faber Field. Everyone had an absolute blast cheering on the Rox, enjoying ballpark snacks, and soaking up the community fun together.

Keeping the people we support active, engaged, and thriving in the community is at the absolute heart of what we do. Big thanks to the amazing staff who helped make this game day happen! 💙

🌟 Growing with OMI: Congrats on your promotion, Enmary! 🌟

Enmary has been with us for nearly a year and shows incredible promise. He loves keeping the guys active—whether they are out for walks, playing games, or grabbing a bite to eat.

What makes Enmary truly special is his creativity. He has a wonderful way of making necessary health and daily tasks comfortable and encouraging for our residents. Enmary is reliable, dedicated, flexible, and has always been fantastic about picking up shifts and helping out his co-workers when needed.

Celebrating 5 incredible years with Alex! 🕊️✨

Since January 2021, Alex has been an absolute champion for the individuals we support at OMI. Starting as a part-time staff member at Roosevelt Place, he later transitioned to our Highview home, eventually becoming an invaluable Full-Time Float Staff member.

Alex’s dedication goes far beyond the standard day-to-day. He is always the first to plan fun outings to keep clients active, and he genuinely cares about helping them build their independence. One of his most impactful moments was dedicating his own time to support a client during an extended hospital stay—providing a comforting, consistent, and safe presence when they needed it most. 🏥💙

Whether he was adjusting his shift last minute to help the team or stepping up for a client, Alex has been a gift to OMI.

Alex, thank you for your flexibility, your compassion, and for 5 years of making our houses feel like homes. You will be missed, and we wish you nothing but happiness in your next adventure!

Since November 2024, Jaylin has served as our Program Coordinator at Highview, and she has truly been a pillar of strength for the home. Jaylin brought a remarkably calm presence to every situation, leading by example and always encouraging her team members to perform at their very best.

From building strong relationships with our clients to managing the site with grace, her impact has been undeniable. The individuals we serve and their families have genuinely enjoyed working with her, and she will be deeply missed by everyone at OMI.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a day filled with laughter, delicious food, exciting games, and unforgettable memories. Seeing the pure joy on the faces of the amazing individuals we serve is exactly why we do what we do at OMI.

A huge highlight of the day was hitting the dance floor with our favorite long-time DJ, who always knows exactly how to get everyone moving and smiling! 🕺✨

Today we celebrate the retirement of an extraordinary nurse who has devoted her career to caring for others. Her compassion, steady presence, and genuine commitment have made a lasting difference for our individuals, families, staff, and team. When asked what she’ll miss most, she said: “The clients & staff — the people have meant everything to me.”
