Santa Fe TX Lions Club Santa Fe Lions Club has been serving the Santa Fe, TX area since 1960. "Where there's a need, there's a LION!"

We provide eyeglasses for needy citizens of Santa Fe, scholarships for high school seniors, and help out in our community when needed. Santa Fe Lions have been serving Santa Fe since 1960. We meet 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at the Santa Fe Old School Museum (13304 Hwy 6) at 6pm. Come visit us and see what Lions Club is all about!

We just got the news this morning that our dear Lion Pete Rygaard passed away yesterday, surrounded by his family. I've been collecting some great "Pete stories" to present to him, but would love to keep collecting these to present to the family. Pete had a great life, serving as Mayor of La Marque and volunteering much of his time to the Lions Clubs, serving as District Governor and Council Chair, as well as many other offices in the club. The last time I spoke to him, he wanted me to know that he bought a Lions Club Marker he wanted placed at his grave. We will miss you Lion Pete!
