pov: ur sad that there’s no ILP bike path yet ☹️😭😔

WE HEAR YOU GAUCHOS🥹❤️!!! ILP path plans have to get approved by local and state committees… which is where we are in the process currently 🙈

we wanted the project to begin this summer but because of the housing construction projects in the Chi-5 area… we have to wait until September to begin 🥲💔 ILP IS PROPOSED TO BE DONE BY JANUARY 2027 🔥🔥

we KNOW this is not what y’all wanted to hear… but unfortunately there is only so much that we can do. ILP path is a huge project so it is important that we do a critical environmental impact analysis🤓🌿🌎

we love you gauchos and we are working hard to reach the light at the end of the tunnel🤩 it has been a long journey 😘 stay tuned for more updates

we have a variety of positions to apply for, each position has its own google form link which you can find in the link tree in our bio❤️

on the bike committee you can expect:
✅ getting more involved with UCSB’s (physical) campus
✅ working with other passionate students
✅ learning about how different campus departments work
✅ learning about internal Associated Students UCSB structure
✅ working with highly experienced urban planning professionals
✅ an honoraria check per quarter you work
✅ FUN MEETINGS AND EVENTS!!!!
