A tale of two Macrophylla big leaf hydrangeas. The one on the left is healthy and shaded by a large oak. The one on the right is in full afternoon sun, wilting, and looking very unhappy. Both are on the same drip irrigation. The problem? Too much sun. This plant should be moved to where it will get morning sun and afternoon shade or dappled shade.
