Continuous growth and development don't happen by accident, they happen when we intentionally invest in learning, leadership, and new perspectives.

Today LN CEO Liz Lachajczyk Zulawski had the opportunity to attend the WNY Women's Foundation’s Leadership Summit, where she was inspired by an outstanding leadership panel and engaging breakout sessions filled with insights, ideas, and meaningful conversations. It was a great reminder that leadership is a lifelong journey of learning, adapting, and growing.

A special thank you to Elizabeth Bruno Colvin, LN class of 2020 and LN board member for the invitation to attend as her guest.

It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with so many incredible leaders, catch up with longtime colleagues, and meet new ones, including Kelly Goodrich, LN ‘24 and board member ,Gina Paigen, Althea Luehrsen, Andrea Gray LN ‘14, Kevin Krisnosky LN 16, Molly Ann Oliver.

What an incredible night at Leadership Niagara’s inaugural Meat Raffle! 🎉

We are so grateful to everyone who came out to support us. It was truly a fun evening filled with laughter, great company, and community spirit. Because of you, the event was a tremendous success!
