Good afternoon, Rock Harbor Christian Fellowship family,

It is with a heavy, yet hopeful heart that I announce the Celebration of Life for our dear sister and friend, Debra "Miss Dee" Phillips.

"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." — 2 Timothy 4:7

Miss Dee was family to us - a daughter in Christ, a faithful servant, and a dear friend. Her absence rests heavily on all of us. Let us lean on one another, and on the Lord who holds her now. Come and help us celebrate the life and faith of a woman who poured herself out for Christ and for each of us. Though we miss her dearly, we rejoice knowing she is at peace in the arms of her Savior.
