GOOD NEWS CLUB® IS STARTING BACK! 📖
CEF EAST BAY — CHILD EVANGELISM FELLOWSHIP

It’s a new school year, and our Good News Clubs® are getting ready to begin at schools throughout the East Bay! 💛

Every week, dedicated CEF volunteers are preparing and getting ready to welcome our students back to Good News Club®.

We are praying for our children, our schools, and children everywhere!

Good News Club® is all about sharing the GOOD NEWS of Jesus Christ! Children have the opportunity to learn:

📖 Who God is
✝️ Who Jesus Christ is
💛 How much God loves them
📖 Bible lessons and Scripture
🎵 Songs and memory verses
✨ How God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to be our Savior

Good News Clubs® are held at participating schools throughout the East Bay, serving communities in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties, including Pittsburg, Richmond, Oakland, San Ramon, and surrounding communities.

If your child’s school has a Good News Club®, we encourage you to sign them up this school year!

Would you like to serve in a Good News Club® at a school? Is there a school in your community that does not have one yet?

You can volunteer or learn how to help start a Good News Club® at a local school, church, or in your community. CEF provides training and resources to equip volunteers to reach children with the Gospel.

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!
Child Evangelism Fellowship® East Bay extends warm wishes to all fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, foster fathers, and father figures. Thank you for your love, guidance, sacrifice, and godly example.

CELEBRATION OF JUNETEENTH – RICHMOND, CALIFORNIA
What a blessing and an honor! During the Juneteenth Celebration in Richmond, California, Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) was blessed to witness and share the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ with many children on Saturday, June 20, 2026. We thank God for every seed planted and every young heart touched by His love.
"Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature."

Mark 16:15
"Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it."

Proverbs 22:6
"I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth."
3 John 1:4

To God be the glory for allowing us to share the hope, love, and salvation found in Jesus Christ. May His Word continue to bear fruit in the lives of these precious children and their families.

A court ruling now guarantees that Good News Clubs can use Oakland public school facilities on equal footing with other after-school programs.

🎉🎉🎉 Let’s get a Good News Club in every school in Oakland!

📖

A federal district court granted a permanent injunction on behalf of Child Evangelism Fellowship and its Good News Clubs giving them equal access to school facilities after they had been unlawfully denied by the Oakland Unified School District.

Public schools cannot discriminate against Christian viewpoints regarding use of school facilities. This is another win for another victory for Child Evangelism Fellowship, parents, and students! Link in comments for more🔗
