San Mateo Parents Club is a community of parents with kids from birth to kindergarten age (or currently expecting) in San Mateo and surrounding areas.

We are a group who encourage friendship, support, and advice. The club was founded in 1991 and now has a membership of over 300 families. We know that raising young children can be a challenge and we strive to create a community of young families where a diverse collection of women can form friendships, share advice, and have a good laugh. We believe in contributing to our local community and have an active outreach program. We also offer a range of activities like playgroups, adult socials, general meetings, in-a-pinch services for moms who have just delivered a baby, and a whole lot more! Jazzercise Cardio Sculpt Intro Class for SMPC Members

What is Jazzercise?

If you think you know Jazzercise, think again. When it comes to dance fitness workouts, Jazzercise is the true original: the first to choreograph exercise moves to music, certify instructors and foster a community through passion since 1969.

Intro Class: Cardio Sculpt

This beginner-focused class improves heart health, tones muscles, and gives an energizing mood boost. All levels welcome! Bring water, weights and a mat. Wear comfortable workout shoes and clothes.

This class is baby-friendly. Our wonderful instructor, Candace, started jazzercise when her baby strapped in a carrier wearing hearing protection! You’re welcome to babywear during class or have your immobile baby close-by. We are also able to provide supervision in an adjacent room if you‘d like to bring your older child, please reach out to confirm.

Our goal is to introduce you to a workout program that makes you feel so good that you stick to it - for life.

If you’re new here, San Mateo Parents Club brings local families together to make friends and support each other through parenting. We organize everything from members-only playgroups and gatherings to events open to families across San Mateo County.
