September is Workforce Development Month! 🎉

At Access, we believe that meaningful employment and education opportunities can help people build greater self-sufficiency, economic independence, and a stronger future.
Workforce development is about more than finding a job. It is about creating pathways to careers, connecting people with resources and training, supporting employers, and strengthening the communities we call home.

This month, we celebrate the workforce professionals, participants, employers, educators, and community partners who make these opportunities possible every day.
Here’s to creating more pathways to opportunity and building a stronger workforce together. 💼✨
