10/24/2026 Per RVT - Snap, Panleuk & Giardia tested, all results NEGATIVE.
Observed green oculonasal discharge and congestion. Med adopt. - 1/2 Cough tab po BID x 5 days - Terramycin opthalmic ointment 1/4 in ribbon strip OU BID x 5 days - Doxy 10mg/ml 4.0ml po BID x 5 days
10/25/26 Moderate clear ocular discharge and audible congestion noted.
10/26/26 Obserrved clear ocular and nasal discharge. Cat is taking medications well. Cat is BAR, eating and drinking wnl.
