Commercial real estate professionals from across the region gathered at GSC this week for a Commercial Real Estate Regional Sales Meeting.

These meetings bring together industry leaders to share market insights, discuss regional opportunities, and strengthen connections that support economic growth across the Lower Shore.

We were glad to host this meeting, and loved seeing the collaboration amongst business professionals interested in helping the region to grow and thrive!

📊 “GSC | State of the Community Pulse”

During the June GSC membership meeting, we let our members take center stage. Rather than hearing from a guest speaker, our members engaged in live polling on a variety of topics.

The survey was intended to help identify where our community is making progress, where challenges remain, and where collaborative leadership is most needed. The exercise was a “pulse check” to gauge the sentiments of our members. It allowed an opportunity to share perspectives and participate in meaningful discussion about the future of our community and region.

Yesterday’s discussion reinforced the value of bringing our business, community and elected leaders together around the issues that matter most.

Exceptional day for the Wicomico Public Library system today!! The ribbon cutting for the beautiful new Lewis R. Riley Branch in Parsonsburg was held today. As good as the day is (and will be) for the kids and families who will get to use the library, it had to be even more special for Riley‘s family, who were in attendance today!!
