CHISPA Housing Management, Inc. will be accepting preliminary applications for the 2 bedroom WAITLIST at our Tyler Park Townhomes in Greenfield.

Waitlist will be opened from August 24, 2026 through September 4, 2026. Applications will be available at the properties, the main office at 295 Main Street in Salinas, or on our website at www.chispahousing.org.

What an amazing evening of music, dance, and community! ❤️

Felix’s guitar group gave an incredible performance, bringing great energy to downtown with songs like “Donna” by Ritchie Valens and “Fue en un Café” by Los Apson. 🎸🎶 They did an amazing job!

We also enjoyed a beautiful performance by Baile Folclórico La Costa de California 🇲🇽💃 — made even more special because our very own CHISPA property managers daughter performs with the group!

Beautiful performances, great energy, and a wonderful community coming together for First Friday Salinas. We loved being part of it! 🏡❤️🎶

Congratulations to our amazing teens on completing CHISPA’s 6-week Financial Literacy Program!

Over the past six weeks, our teens built valuable life skills in budgeting, saving, banking, credit, and planning for a strong financial future. Their dedication and willingness to learn are an investment in themselves and their communities.

What a fantastic afternoon of food, fun, and friendship! Our senior residents enjoyed delicious hamburgers, hot dogs, juicy watermelon, lively music, and exciting games of lotería, all hosted by our amazing CHISPA Teen Leadership Council.

What a beautiful day on the water with Sea Otter Savvy at Elkhorn Slough! 🛶🦦

Our youth had an incredible opportunity to explore one of California’s most unique ecosystems while learning about sea otters, marine conservation, and the importance of protecting the wildlife and habitats that make our Central Coast so special.

From exploring the trails to discovering the amazing marine life at Whalers Cove, our youth gained a deeper appreciation for the environment and the importance of protecting these special places for future generations.
