We’re proud to be part of this community effort alongside BHC Monterey County, COPA, and CBDIO to bring Esperanza Care back to Monterey County. 💙

Community organizing is about coming together, sharing information, and making sure our communities have access to the resources they need.

Thank you to Radio Bilingüe for giving us the space to amplify community voices and share these important resources. 📻💙

✨ ¡Celebramos el Mes de la Herencia Hispana! ✨

✨ Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month! ✨

This month is an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the stories, contributions, leadership, and cultural richness of our Latino community.

And what better way to begin this celebration than by congratulating Mayor Anna Velazquez of Soledad on receiving the Alfred Diaz Infante Award at Saturday’s event in support of the Siembra Latinos Fund.

Our Mujeres en Acción team was so excited to see so many community partners and allies come together to celebrate our Latino community and recognize those who are making a meaningful impact across Monterey County.

Congratulations, Mayor Velazquez, on this well-deserved recognition! We are proud to celebrate your leadership and to be part of a community that continues to come together, grow, and uplift the voices of our people.

Happy Hispanic Heritage Month! ❤️

Celebrating National Nonprofit Day 💜

Today, on National Nonprofit Day, we celebrate the power of community, collective action, and people who believe that change is possible.

At Mujeres en Acción, we are proud to create spaces where women can build leadership, strengthen their voices, support one another, and create greater economic opportunities for themselves and their families.

Our work is possible because of the women who show up, the community leaders who step forward, our dedicated team, and the partners, funders, and supporters who believe in this work.

To every woman who has shared her story, raised her voice, learned something new, supported another woman, or taken a step toward a stronger future , this day is also for you. ❤️

Thank you for being part of the Mujeres en Acción community. Together, we continue building a future where women’s leadership is recognized, valued, and powerful.

¡Feliz Día Nacional de las Organizaciones Sin Fines de Lucro!
¡Juntas seguimos avanzando! 💜
