Our mission is to promote interest in street rods, sustain the history and advance a positive image of streetrodding through club activities, member socialization, and meaningful contributions to the community. We now welcome owners of all makes, models, and years. Along with many beautiful street rods, our members rides include full-blown customs, original classics, muscle cars, and pickups. Wit

hin our web site's pages, WVSR.org, you can find information about our annual Carousel Cruise and upcoming events, pictures of past events and members rides, find cars and parts for sale, trade, or wanted, and information on how to contact us. If you're looking for a fun-filled car club to join in the Salem area, come to a monthly meeting (info on the About Us page) and check us out.

A few of the WVSR members took the easy route on Saturday and showed up to support the Relay for Life Cancer Walk in Independence. It was a beautiful day relaxing in the sun and supporting a great cause.

Looking for something to do this Saturday with your hot rod and friends?

Grab your buddies and show up to support the kids that work so hard to put a car show on. These kids are the future car enthusiasts.

All of the proceeds from the show go to support the Silverton Auto Shop at Silverton High School.

The weather is supposed to be nice, 0% chance of rain. I'll be there Dj'ing all day.........Come see me......

As Ive said in the past, WVSR supports the Speedster Program at the Northwest Vintage Car and Motorcycle Museum each year. I thought Id share one of many projects we started and finished this year. The Martinizing race car just had a block and heads since we've owned it. Using donated parts, the students went through the drivetrain and assembled the top end of the engine, ran new wiring, gauges, and fuel system. We custom fabricated a clutch handle due to the car being a right hand clutch and manual left hand shift! It was an awesome day to see the students work pay off with a little cruise!
