We had such an amazing time celebrating the Sacramento Semester Program’s 50th Anniversary! 🎉

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate and share this special moment with us. We were also honored to have a resolution written in partnership with Assemblymembers Krell and Patterson recognizing this incredible milestone.

Excited to highlight another amazing alum, Marisol Ibarra-Bouslama from the 2019 cohort, who has recently received a well-deserved promotion!
She is transitioning from her role as a Legislative Director to now serving as a Government Affairs Advocate at California Advocates.

To kick things off, we’re excited to highlight Creston Whiting-Casey, an alum of the Sacramento Semester Program (Cohort 2011), who is celebrating 15 years working in the Chief Clerk’s Office at the California State Assembly!

We are so proud to recognize all the ways he has continued to stay involved and support the program. We’re proud of you, Creston! 👏
