⚠️PUBLIC COMMENT DEADLINE EXTENDED to OCTOBER 6 ⚠️ Your voice is needed! The US Forest Service has proposed rescinding the "Roadless Rule" to remove restrictions on motorized access to over 44 million acres of national forests (including 4.4 million acres in California).

It is critical for the OHV and outdoor recreation communities to show up and make our voices heard on this issue!

Lake Pillsbury is a vital hub for OHV access, all outdoor recreation, public safety, and community resilience in Mendocino National Forest... sadly, it remains under threat of drainage and elimination by proposed destruction of Scott Dam. The future of the Mendocino region hangs in the balance of this decision. Cal4Wheel submitted a second comment letter to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and our position remains clear:

➡️ Scott Dam should not be destroyed, and Lake Pillsbury should be preserved.
