🛠️ Are you a highly skilled professional with a passion for welding, fabrication, and agricultural technology? We're seeking an enthusiastic **Agriculture Mechanics Instructor** to lead our high-demand Career and Technical Education (CTE) program in Sabinal, Texas.
This role is key to preparing the next generation of skilled tradespeople. You will deliver rigorous, hands-on instruction emphasizing industry-based certifications, especially the American Welding Society (AWS) certification pathways.
**Highlights:**
* **Instruction:** Teach courses like Agricultural Structures/Equipment Design & Fabrication, Agricultural Power Systems, and Welding I & II.
* **Leadership:** Serve as an advisor to the local FFA chapter, supporting student participation in welding competitions and Agricultural Mechanics CDEs.
* **Safety:** Maintain the highest standards of shop safety, equipment maintenance, and risk management.
**Required Qualifications include:**
* Valid Texas Teaching Certificate in Agriculture, Food & Natural Resources (AFNR) OR ability to obtain.
* Demonstrated experience in Agricultural Mechanics and Welding, with knowledge of AWS standards and OSHA practices.
* Minimum Class B CDL w/ School Bus endorsement OR ability to attain.
