"What can the Sabinal Lions Club Wild Hog Fest do for you?" Scholarships!!!
On Friday, April 10, 2026, the following youth competed at the Lions Club district level after FIRST winning their respective contest locally with the Sabinal Lions Club. Scholarship funds come from the proceeds of the Wild Hog Fest!! Sabinal Lions Club Scholarship Sponsor: Lion Patsy Gomez

Sabinal Queen Violet Higginbothem, crowned district 2A2 Princess, and Diabetes Awareness 2nd place
$1000.00 from the district and $500 Sabinal Lions
Victoria Esquivel, 1st place local, 2nd place district Outstanding Youth contest
$500.00 district and $500 Sabinal Lions
Aiden Tinker 1st place local, 2nd place Drug Awareness Contest
$500.00 district and $500 Sabinal Lions
