We had a great time at our disc golf outing last night! 🥏

Some Scouts were learning and playing for the very first time, while others brought some experience to the course. Everyone had a blast getting out, playing a few rounds, and enjoying some friendly competition.

💦 WhoaZone = SO MUCH FUN! 💦

We made it to WhoaZone at Bald Mountain for our weekly summer outing, and the Scouts had an absolute blast! From climbing and scrambling to bouncing, sliding, jumping, and trying to stay on their feet, there was no shortage of action. 😂

Lots of laughs, plenty of friendly competition, and more than a few spectacular wipeouts made for a perfect summer evening on the water. 🌊☀️

Game on, ! 🎮⚜️

Yesterday, Scouting America officially launched the new Competitive Gaming Merit Badge at the 2026 National Jamboree.

This badge goes far beyond playing video games. Scouts explore gaming and esports while building teamwork, communication, strategy, leadership and sportsmanship. Simultaneously, youth dive into the ever-expanding web of careers that competitive gaming supplies, investigating both STEM and creative fields in the process.

And as is now tradition for summer camps, at our closing circle everyone also gave an appreciation shoutout to others on the trip! A few more shots from our final day of Summer Camp 2026 at Knoebels! 🎢🎠

After a full day of rides, games, and fun, we wrapped things up with a Chinese buffet for dinner. Now we’re hunkered down in bed, resting up for the journey home tomorrow.

All good things must come to an end—but what an incredible week it has been! From Shenandoah National Park to Washington, D.C., and now Knoebels, our Scouts have made memories that will last a lifetime. 🏕️🏛️🎢

Tomorrow, we venture home.
