SquashBusters

SquashBusters is the first youth enrichment program of its kind – combining squash, academics, and community service.

SquashBusters is a sports-based after school youth enrichment program located in Boston and Lawrence, Massachusetts. We use the sport of squash, along with academic support and enrichment, community service, and summer opportunities, to improve the lives of our youth and expose them to opportunities. Since its inception in 1996, SquashBusters has served more than 600 young people. Through its uniq

A week ago, we hosted the SQB Showdown to crown the ultimate champion🏆 Winners of the MashUp, Rumble, and Derby competed, leading to a Derby rematch between Churchill Downey & True Blue 🩵💙 This time, the trophy went to TRUE BLUE💪

Special shoutout to celeb coaches Wael El Hindi and Thierry Lincou for joining in on the action💥

Another incredible day for SQB🤩

Our students had the opportunity to play on the glass court in Symphony Hall with pro squash players, learn about financial literacy with the team at and go behind the curtain at Symphony Hall.

Just when we thought the day couldn’t get any better, we had a surprise visit from none other than Wally 💚⚾

We recently celebrated the 20th anniversary of our Derby fundraiser & squash tournament, raising over $1.5 million to support our programming!

Congrats to our champs Churchill Downey 🩵🐎 and to our runner-ups, True Blue💙🐎 Special shout-out to Churchill Downey’s co-captain Jeff Harper, who took home the Secretariat Award as the top fundraiser🤩

Another successful Career Explo in the books✅

Last week, we hosted SQB Boston’s first Career Explo for high schoolers and post-secondary students. This was a great way for our students to learn about new industries and potential career pathways.
