🤖 Robotics Summer Camps are filling fast!

Placer Robotics camps give students hands-on experience with real STEM fun.

➡️New session added for grades 2–4 on June 29–July 2. It’s a great first robotics experience for younger students.

➡️For older students, our 2-week Combat Robotics Camp is a chance to design, 3D-print, and compete with their own mini battle bot!

Last week, Placer Robotics hosted our end-of-season event with a farewell to our graduating seniors, season highlights, and fun awards (e.g., "Official Sponsor of Poor Nutritional Decisions" and "Combat Containment Systems Commander"). Thanks to everyone who joined us!

Huge congratulations to Placer Robotics Team 295Z Z-woks for earning the Design Award in the Science Division at the VEX IQ World Championships today! 🌎🤖

This award recognizes not only an outstanding robot, but also the team’s engineering process, documentation, problem-solving, and ability to communicate their design journey.

We are so proud of 295Z for representing Placer Robotics on the world stage.

Thanks to Robotics Education & Competition Foundation and VEX Robotics for an incredible World Championships experience!

First robot smiles at our RISE Workshop in Antelope with students from Olive Grove Elementary.

RISE (Robotics-Inspired STEM Education) is Placer Robotics’ free, hands-on STEM and robotics program designed to empower underrepresented and low-income youth in grades 3-6.

This initiative reflects our mission to make high-quality STEM education accessible for all—and we couldn’t do it without support from First Tech Credit Union and the United Auburn Indian Community.
