🌙🤝 Interfaith Reflection & Iftar Dinner

We were honored to host a meaningful evening at the Turkish Cultural Center Long Island, bringing together Jewish, Christian, and Muslim community members to reflect on hope in challenging times.

With inspiring talks by Rabbi Debra Bennet, Rev. Christian Cederstrom, and Dr. Zuleyha Fikret, we shared perspectives from the Abrahamic traditions and concluded the evening by breaking the Ramadan fast together.

Thank you to Mount Sinai Congregational Church, Mount Sinai Temple Beth-Al, Smithtown St. Andrew Lutheran Church, Abraham’s Table of Long Island, and all guests who joined us for this special night of dialogue, understanding, and community. 🌙✨

Last night, we had a wonderful turnout at our fundraising dinner organized together with the volunteers of Turkish Cultural Center Long Island and the Islamic Center of Melville. The atmosphere was warm, uplifting, and filled with community spirit.

At the end of the program, the proceeds from the auction and the dinner contributions were delivered to the ICM Board as a donation to support the needs of the Melville Mosque.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all volunteers, supporters, and guests who contributed to this meaningful evening.
A special thank-you goes to the leadership of the Islamic Center of Melville for their warm hospitality and for bringing such a beautiful institution to the Long Island community.

It was truly an unforgettable night that reflected unity, generosity, and the strength of our community.
