Mary Quinn's Mark Foundation

Mary Quinn's Mark Foundation To support the inclusion of individuals with developmental disabilities in their community. Mary became a role model to all who came in contact with her.

MQM promotes inclusive education, recreation and social opportunities. It exists to foster an awareness of how inclusion is not only the best practice but the right of the individual with a disability. Mary Quinn was the youngest child of a family of five from Floral Park. Mary Margaret was born with Down Syndrome and other medical conditions including a congenital heart disease and a respiratory

condition. Mary exhibited the true spirit of strength throughout her life and faced her illness head on with a smile. Her smile, laughter, and overall personality exhibited the true meaning of living life to the fullest. Mary was able to show individuals the true meaning of friendship and inclusion. On April 17, 2015 Mary tragically passed away. The Mary Quinn's Mark Foundation was created to promote the inclusion of individuals with special needs in all aspects of their community and will keep her memory and spirit alive. Mary was an active member of her Floral Park community. She enjoyed spending time at local pool, park, church, and school. Her favorite aspects of her community were getting her nails done at Friendly nail salon, ordering a sicilian slice at Village Pizzeria, hanging at Swing the Teapot, or enjoying a cold ice at the Tulip Sweet Shop after school. The benefits of inclusion were apparent both to Mary and to the community of Floral Park that she was apart of! Mary was mainstreamed in Our Lady of Victory School from Pre-K to 8th grade. Mary's classmates encouraged and supported her, in which she was an integral part of the school. Upon graduating Mary went to Floral Park Memorial, her local high school. Mary was a member of the Florettes Kickline Team. She was accepted not only on the team but by the entire Floral Park Memorial School Community.

In MQM Craft Class, we were fully in our patriotic era… because these arrangements were absolutely serving red, white, and blue perfection. 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙

From the creative touches to the festive flair, every arrangement came out beautiful and full of summertime Americana charm. The room was filled with laughter, creativity, and lots of patriotic spirit, and everyone did such an amazing job bringing their designs to life.

Perfect for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, summer tables, or just adding a little star-spangled sparkle to your home. 🇺🇸✨

To Mike, Kevin, Debbie, Steve, Laura, Bobcat, Flo, CJ, Kelly, Colin, Julie, every bartender, kitchen staff member, waitress, and the entire Trinity family — thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Another successful craft project at MQM Craft Class!

How cute are these gingerbread houses?! 🏠🍬✨
We had so much fun creating these sweet little gingerbread houses, and it truly shows. From gingerbread men and candy canes to mints, tiny presents, and twinkly lights, every house is decked out with festive favorites.

Each one has its own personality — playful, cozy, whimsical, and full of holiday charm. Laughter, creativity, and Christmas spirit filled the room as we decorated, dreamed, and made memories together.

This is what MQM Craft Class is all about: hands-on fun, festive creativity, and a little holiday magic in every detail. 🎄🤍
