🎉⚾️ FUNDRAISER DAY IS HERE! ⚾️🎉

Today is the day! We are so excited to celebrate 50 years of RCRC Baseball & Softball and hope to see everyone out at the fields for our Spring Fundraiser!

📍 RCRC Fields

⚾️ Home Run Derby begins at 2:00 PM

* Kids: $5
* Adults: $10

🛍️ Local Vendors: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

🌊 Water Slide: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

🍖 BBQ Plates: $15 beginning at 4:00 PM

🎟️ Raffles & 50/50
🔨 Live Auction
🏆 Team & Individual Awards beginning at 6:30 PM
🎆 Fireworks following the auction

We are also excited about our HUGE homemade raffle basket and all the amazing auction items that have been donated!

This fundraiser helps support our league and our players, so come out, bring your family, invite your friends, and let's make our 50th Anniversary celebration one to remember!

Thank you all for your support throughout the season. We couldn't do it without our amazing coaches, players, parents, volunteers, and community.

🎉⚾️ RCRC 50th Anniversary Fundraiser – May 30th! ⚾️🎉

We are getting SO excited for our fundraiser and cannot wait to celebrate 50 years of RCRC with our amazing community!

We’ve got a fun-filled afternoon/evening planned for everyone, including:

Come hungry because this year we are serving up BBQ plates for only $15 and you do NOT want to miss them! 🔥👏

⚾️ Home Run Derby -starting at 2pm
🌊 Water Slide Fun
🛍️ Vendors — come out and support local businesses!
🍖 BBQ Plates – $15 starting at 4 PM
🏆 Awards starting at 6:30 PM
🔨 Live Auction

🥧 Desserts
🎆 Fireworks after the auction

The Home Run Derby is going to be a blast, so bring those big bats and come ready for some fun competition!

🎉 RCRC’s 50th Anniversary Fundraiser is almost here! Join us Saturday, May 30th at 125 Humble Ln - Bastrop 78602 for a day full of fun, food, and community as we celebrate 50 years of RCRC! ⚾️

The fun starts at 2 PM with the Home Run Derby (kids $5 each, adults $10 each), local vendors from 2–6 PM, and the waterslide from 1–5 PM. BBQ plates are $15 starting at 4 PM!

At 6:30 PM we’ll kick off the raffle, 50/50 raffle, live auction, and awards! Plus fireworks following the auction as long as we are not in a burn ban. 🎟️🏆🎆

We’re also putting together a homemade raffle basket, so please message us if you would like to donate.

You do NOT want to miss this! ⚾️

Hey RCRC Family!

We are needing some help getting our concession stand shifts filled for the rest of the season! (3 games left) As yall know, concessions are a HUGE part of helping keep our league running.

So we wanted to make it a little fun! 🎉

If we can get the Sign Up Genius filled with adequate help by the next game night(tomorrow Tuesday 19th) , everyone who signs up to help will have their name entered into a drawing for FREE registration for ONE child next season! ⚾️🥎

The winner will be drawn at our fundraiser on May 30th!

We truly appreciate everyone that steps up to help make this season happen!

Happy Mother’s Day to all of our amazing RCRC moms! 💐⚾️ 🥎

Today we celebrate the women who make this league so special. The moms who spend countless hours at practices and games, wash the dirty uniforms, pack the snacks, sit through the heat, cheer the loudest from the stands, and somehow still make it all happen day after day.

We see the sacrifices, the love, the encouragement after tough games, the excitement after big wins, and the endless support you pour into your kiddos every single season.

Thank you for being your players’ biggest fans, biggest comfort, and biggest supporters. RCRC would not be what it is without each and every one of you.

We hope all of our moms feel extra loved and appreciated today. Thank you for everything you do for your families, your players, and our RCRC community. 💕
