Before the qigong. Before the sacred sounds. Before the needles.

We begin with cacao.

For millennia, this sacred plant has been revered as heart-opening medicine. At our solstice gathering, we'll share a ceremonial cup together — not as a stimulant, but as a way to warm the channel before we turn inward.

Then: Fire qigong. The sacred sound HE. An alchemy card. Stillness. Earth qigong. The sacred sound HO. Acupuncture. And a sound bath that moves from bright to still to deep earth.

✨🧠💪 Mindfulness Monday at The Aligned Collective ✨

✨ Every Monday from 10:00 - 11:00am

Our mind can grow 💐 flowers and 🌲 forests or it can create ⛓️‍💥 illusion, pain, and conflict . The mind needs to be exercised just as much as the body does!

Enjoy a full hour of practice in community. This year I’ll also be incorporating restorative yoga! We’ll move through a silent practice, a custom guided practice, and restorative meditation. 🙏
