This week's wisdom comes from a novelist & poet Robert Louis Stevenson, who said, "Don't judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds that you plant." We can't always be harvesting, but we can always be planting. Whether it's a kind word, an act of self-care, a book we read, or a literal seed we plant, this is how we should judge ourselves.
