Two weeks ago we were able to give away a lot of books at an event. It’s always a joy to give people books, but when I asked a young girl if she wanted a book, she grabbed her face (think Home Alone) and said “I am obsessed with books”. Same, girl, same!

The Bus will be across from RMS this Saturday, 12/6 from 10-11. We won’t be back out until the first part of January. If I don’t see you, have a very Merry Christmas!

BookJoy Book Bus will be out about in November:
Saturday, 11/8 from 10-11 across from RMS
Saturday, 11/22 from 10-1 at the RMS annual Thanksgiving Feast and Bazaar

The Bus and I have missed everyone and are ready to get back to it 📚📚📚 The past 5 years caught up to me (3 different grades levels in 3 years, 2 surgeries, coaching 2 sports, and normal everyday stuff) and I just needed to take a knee for a few months. Thank you for your patience! Hope to see you sometimes this month 💙💛

How cute is this kid? He is an avid reader and has been a patron from the beginning. It is always great to see him and his love of books 📚
The Bus will be across from Umpqua Bank from 1-2pm on Sunday, July 27. Many new titles for ALL ages!

BookJoy Book Bus will be at the blueberry pancake feed on Saturday, July 19 from 8- 9 am at the Gate School please come support The Gate Schoolhouse and check out some books from BookJoy. There are many new books for ALL ages on the Bus This isn’t just for kids, but to serve all of Rochester. We are also accepting donations! Thank you!

The Book Bus is back in action! We will be in a NEW location: Rochester Middle School parking lot. The Bus will be at RMS on Saturday, 1/11 and Saturday, 1/25 from 10-11 am. Here is to a lot of reading in 2025 🥂📚

This Saturday, December 7 from 10-11am the Book Bus will be across from Umpqua Bank. With Christmas right around the corner, we will take the rest of December off and be back after the first of the year.
Also, please remember the Bus as you are out shopping for gifts. We are good on Dog Man, but could use books from the Wings of Fire series, both graphic novel and chapter books. I also love it when people donate their favorite books to pass on a great recommendations. Thank you so much for your support this past year! Have a very Merry Christmas 🎄✨📚
