Ending the week with a congratulations for two new homeowners in Beaver County! We are so grateful to play a small role in helping you succeed in your housing goals.

If you are looking to become a homeowner, we offer a great starting point. Come and receive free housing counseling and guidance through the homebuying process as well as a grant, if eligible, to make sure you can make it to the finish line.

Update: The Homeowners Improvement Program is still rocking and rolling! This project was closed a few weeks ago, we are just trying to catch up to ourselves!

Shoutout to Malik Shegog for coordination and Wood Trap for bringing another project to finish.

Weekend before last, we hosted two workshops on home maintenance. Members of our staff spent time in the community teaching about the small things that help save money by stopping them from becoming bigger issues.

All 25 households that came to one of the two workshops left with a toolbag full of goodies courtesy of Ambridge Lumber Company, but a few won a free mortgage payment.

As long as we have this big check, we are going to find ways to use it!
