🎒🚀 Blast Off 2 School 2026 is Preparing for Launch!

As the school year comes to a close, Neighborhood House is excited to begin preparations for the 2026 Blast Off 2 School program, proudly presented by MSUFCU and in partnership with Assistance League of Southeast Michigan.

Each year, this program helps local children start the school year with the supplies they need to succeed. Families receiving government assistance who need support with back to school supplies for their children are encouraged to register.

Shop our wish list and have supplies shipped directly to Neighborhood House or drop them off at one of our community collection locations. Donations are being accepted through August 7.

Stop in at the Rochester Hills Public Library this Saturday from 12-2 for the Non-Profit Fair! 👏🎉

We'd love to have the opportunity to talk you about how we support students and families of Rochester Community Schools, MI. Our boating safety partner Ashleigh Iserman Boating Safety Foundation will be in attendance too!
Great event to learn about all of the non-profits in Rochester! See you there!

Visit the non-profit fair during our summer reading kickoff and meet local organizations that can help this summer, and all year long.

Saturday, June 13, 12-2 p.m. Multipurpose Room.

We were fortunate to participate in the Rochester PTA Health & Wellness Fair at the beginning of May. 🩺🩸💉 Thank you to all of those who attended this successful community event! 👏
Special thanks to the Rochester Community PTA Council and Rochester Community Schools, MI for hosting such a wonderful event and having us as a vendor to let the community know what we do at RAYA. 💯

Rochester Area Youth Assistance (RAYA) is a prevention-based nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening youth and families right here in the Rochester community. We believe that with the right support, every child can thrive.

If you reside within the Rochester Community Schools district, we are here to support your school-age children through three core pillars:

💰 Financial Assistance: Parents can apply for help to cover essential student expenses like sports, lessons, or tutoring.

🌱 Counseling: We provide voluntary, completely confidential, short-term counseling led by our certified case worker.

🧠 Family Education: Empowering workshops, classes, and guest speakers addressing the most current issues facing our youth today.
