NOW Program

NOW Program The NOW program is a program that sends supplemental food home on weekends with a specific number of students in the Robinson School District.

The NOW Program (Nutrition On Weekends), located at the First United Methodist Church in Robinson, IL, provides supplemental food to a specific number of student within the Robinson school district. 100% of the donations go to the food program. The NOW program is very similar to the "backpack program" that many communities across the country have in place. The NOW program has been very well receiv

ed and supported by the Robinson community. As our monetary and food donations grow , the number of students we are able to serve will as well. During the summer months we also serve all of Crawford County with our free summer lunches and our Back to School shopping day! We have been blessed and we want to bless others.

Thursday was the final day of our Summer Lunches!

We served over 4,000 lunches at all 5 of our pick up locations throughout Crawford County!

The backpacks and school supplies for the students that missed registration are ready to pick up!

I go to lunch 12:00 - 1:00 pm and have to leave 3:00 - 3:15 pm to take my son to soccer practice! Please be aware of those times if you are coming to get your supplies!

Our Annual Free Back to School Kids Cut Day!

The 2026/2027 Back to School Shopping day is officially in the books! We had 504 students and 126 volunteers spend their Saturday with us! It is always the very best day!
