📣 Important Community Update💔

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the postponement of our Free Community Health Fair originally scheduled for Saturday, May 30th.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to move forward with the event at this time. This was an incredibly difficult decision, especially knowing how many families were counting on these services and resources.

We want to sincerely thank every volunteer, healthcare provider, organization, sponsor, exhibitor, and supporter who stepped up to help make this event possible. The overwhelming support we received from our community meant more than words can express.

Please know this is a postponement — not a cancellation of our mission. We are already working toward securing a future date and a new location so we can still bring these important services to our community later this year.

We kindly ask everyone to help us spread the word.

Thank you for your understanding, continued support, and commitment to serving our community alongside us. 💙

Con gran tristeza anunciamos el aplazamiento de nuestra Feria de Salud Comunitaria Gratuita programada para este sábado 30 de mayo.

Debido a circunstancias fuera de nuestro control, no podremos realizar el evento en este momento. Esta fue una decisión muy difícil, especialmente sabiendo que muchas familias contaban con estos servicios y recursos.

Gracias de corazón a todos los voluntarios, proveedores, organizaciones y patrocinadores por su apoyo y disposición para servir a nuestra comunidad.

Esto es un aplazamiento, no el final de nuestra misión. Ya estamos trabajando para anunciar una nueva fecha y ubicación próximamente.

📢 Rally for Remembrance & Action

This Saturday, March 21 | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, join us as we commemorate the 80th anniversary of the closure of the last concentration camp in California, where Japanese Americans were unjustly incarcerated during World War II.

We gather not only to remember—but to recognize the warning signs of history repeating itself.

The incarceration of Japanese Americans began with fear, racism, and the abuse of government power. Today, many communities are again experiencing family separation, detention, and deportation at the hands of immigration enforcement.

History has shown us that waiting decades for the government to admit wrongdoing is not enough.

✊🏽 We refuse to wait for another apology.
✊🏽 We organize now.
✊🏽 We stand together so these injustices are never repeated.

Come stand in solidarity with community members, advocates, and leaders as we honor the past and demand justice in the present.

Este sábado 21 de marzo | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, acompáñanos para conmemorar el 80º aniversario del cierre del último campo de concentración en California, donde miles de japoneses estadounidenses fueron encarcelados injustamente durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial.

Nos reunimos no solo para recordar, sino para reconocer cuando la historia comienza a repetirse.

El encarcelamiento de japoneses estadounidenses comenzó con miedo, racismo y el abuso del poder gubernamental. Hoy, muchas comunidades nuevamente enfrentan detención, separación familiar y deportaciones a manos de las autoridades de inmigración.

La historia nos ha enseñado que esperar décadas para que el gobierno ofrezca una disculpa no es suficiente.
