Asalaamu alaikum dear parents,

ICR Sunday School is blessed to have your continued support in helping our children grow in their Islamic knowledge every week. As we enter the season of Hajj, our teachers are focusing on this beautiful pillar of Islam and helping students understand its meaning and rituals.

📅 On May 24th, we will hold a practical Hajj demonstration for all students at the masjid. Parents are welcome — and encouraged — to join and watch the children participate.

To help the students take part:
- Boys: please bring two white towels to use as ihram
- Girls: please wear modest, fully covered clothing

Parents may take photos and videos of their children during the demo.

Sunday School During Ramadan

InshaAllah, Sunday School at the Islamic Academy of Riverside will continue as scheduled throughout Ramadan. Classes begin at 10:00 AM, and we look forward to welcoming our students during this blessed month. May Allah accept our efforts and grant us all a spiritually uplifting Ramadan.

For families not yet registered, we’re happy to share that limited space remains across all age groups. We encourage you to register and begin bringing your children to this vital program that nurtures faith, character, and community.

We understand that fees may be a challenge for some families. While tuition helps cover the costs of your child’s education, we never want financial hardship to prevent a child from attending. If needed, please email us with a brief explanation of your situation—we’ll do our best to adjust fees to what your family can afford.
