This weekend at Camp Lavigne:

Russell and Anna successfully completed their Ordeal and were welcomed into the Order of the Arrow, Wyona Lodge 18.

MaggieRose and Amelia reaffirmed their commitment and dedication to the Order of the Arrow by earning their Brotherhood!

Everyone also provided cheerful service…no irksome tasks here!

Proud to announce Columbia-Montour Scouting America’s newest Eagle Scout, Cassie Kendron!

Cassie has had an incredible Scouting journey, achieving the pinnacle rank of Eagle Scout as a member of Troops 222 and 33G. Her hard work, leadership, and dedication have led to this outstanding accomplishment.

Congratulations, Cassie! We are incredibly proud of you and can’t wait to see all that you accomplish in the future. Your Eagle Scout journey is just the beginning!

This article really struck a cord with me as the Scoutmaster of Troop 33G. I could have written this (if I was a writer - which I am not) as nearly every word was my journey and the journey of the scouts in our Troop. I love watching the girls grow in confidence, leadership and all their amazing abilities, it is truly an honor.

Busy weekend for Troops 33B&G! Riverside Flag Ceremony 🇺🇸, Danville Memorial Day Parade 🥁🇺🇸🎺 and then a stop to Grandview Nursing Home to deliver 175 flowers 💐 to the residents and staff! We are so grateful to all who sponsored a bouquet for us to hand out ❤️ You helped bring a lot of smiles to people’s faces today!!! 😊

Troops 33B&G are doing the fundraiser “Smiles for Seniors” again this year! It is an amazing fundraiser that really means a lot to the residents and staff at Grandview Nursing Home. We are raising funds to purchase flowers for all 175 residents to be delivered on Memorial Day. The cost is $20, but it is truly priceless to see the smiles (and happy tears) from the residents. The staff and residents have come to really look forward to our annual visit, so we want to keep this fundraiser going and really appreciate your help!

Scout night at Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins game tonight! Was an honor (and super cool opportunity) to represent Scouts in the flag ceremony. We all had a great time and bonus the Penguins came away with a win!
